Wild Sweet William

A colony of Wild Sweet William is a true find. It’s common to find them scattered here and there in woodlands and roadsides, but large groups are more unusual. I found these in an area protected by the Nature Conservancy at Springfield (MO) Conservation Nature Center. At the city’s southeast edge, the Center spreads over an 80-acre tract bordering Lake Springfield. You can find ducks, otters, deer, foxes, and other wildlife, as well as native plants, trees and aquatic plants.
Description
Wild Sweet William makes a great print for a child’s room with its little purple flowers. All metal prints are impervious to fingerprints, moisture and germs. All Open Editions are signed. Use Open Editions as accents or combine them to create a striking ensemble.
